More about a guy being at a club a very long time, having done little before, getting a club promoted and successfully keeping them up on little money punching above their weight. Sometimes it just clicks for a manager at a certain club, and that can’t be replicated elsewhere. Everton weren’t always in a scrap, that’s why he was picked for United.
