I had him making 18 months.
The way this window is panning out, I'm getting a nuno kinda feel. Think he'll be done come January.

Think that bald little gremlin figured like Nuno they pushed for European spots with wolves/Brentford with inferior players and small budgets so same should work here

Clueless odorous foul little creature is our chairman. Probably fancies himself as a bit of a legend cause of the Europa win . In which ange and the players went half arsed in the league because the squad was too shite to perform on both
That cringfest love in video with Vinai made me sick

Levy sat there joking and trading compliments with his best fwiend , looking all comfortable and happy because we somehow fluked a trophy ,thinking of himself as a tireless selfless leader

IF only we had the kind of fanbase that could really put pressure on this cunt

I also have Nuno vibes.
He's probably a great manager for a smaller club, but the expectations of our fans are higher (and so they should be) than he can realistically deliver under this ownership
Nuno does seem like an appropriate comparison in terms of somehow who just really doesn't have the force of personality to command our circus.

The big difference is though, Nuno was in some ways openly a caretaker for the inevitable arrival of Conte. He wasn't sacked so much as Conte agreed to come and nullify his appointment.

If Frank struggles out of the gate, there's no option like that out there. Certainly not Poch to leave mere months ahead of the World Cup for a thankless lost season stabilization mission.

No one has snapped up xavi yet , allegri, terzic or .....

Really fear and feel for this guy, Surely he has come in expecting signings and been stiched up by the incompetence above him.

He doesnt have the CV or charisma to ride out a bad start and will be hounded out fairly quickly.

I give him until next summer and he will be gone.

I don't think he will make it that far. It's all about the players first and foremost , and ours are average or crap in the main. And our squad is a mess.
We are bottom six / borderline relegation candidates imo. Frank hasn't got a prayer. People seen to forget that he had good players at Brentford and a very good scouting system. Players that other teams have paid or are willing to pay very good money for. Can't see anyone paying £60+ million for any of our players ( possibly Romero / Vdv but that's it ).
Just checked the odds , 6th lease likely to go down , which is ludicrous. At 40-1, I got to say I'm tempted.

It really wouldn't surprise me.

Only thing I'd put my mortgage on is us not finishing in the top 4. We are simply nowhere near the elite clubs right now.

I'd find it hard to argue that any of our players make the first 11 for any of those clubs

LOL I'm sorry but this is absolutely killing me 😆 - last season was your chance for this. I mean before that too with Conte, and slightly before that with Poch.... Maybe even go as far back as Redknapp and the transfer window with Nelson and Saha lol. Longer than I care to go back.

But again, can't go over enough about how last season was a brilliant opportunity to do so. Instead of that, you were leading the main group of Ange out cheerleaders on here... Not the only one, but a big voice in it.

I guess late is better than never...

I know football is not as simple as this but that our squad is far far better than the Brentford squad he had at his disposal for the last few seasons, wether he can get the same tune out of it is another story.

Xavi Hernandez is the obvious big name hero waiting in the shadows

Some inaccurate takes here IMO. Levy won't fire Frank soon since we paid significant money to bring him here with staff. Its not 8th choice Nuno brought as free agent. He will get at least full season.

Not to even mention that any predictions based on first pre-season games that are focused on fitness are at least bold.

Btw during Nuno pre-season i remember some guys wrote that we finally have some patterns going forward. Oh, and we won against Woolwich during that time and had close game against Chelsea :D

At the rate things are going ,we will have to start up the who will be our next manager after Frank thread .We are doing well with losing hope before the first competitive game even kicks off . .
