He has a long way to go to better Poch and Redknapp, but for sure he appears well capable of doing it. Really encouraging stuff so far.
One of the big quesions when he got the job, was whether he quite had the character to make such a big step up..

The back 5 (including GK) will likely not change much but the 6 spots ahead of them will be a rotating carousel depending on opposition it seems. Gotta say I am very happy with Frank so far.

It was a measured one, as we had a decent bench to save it, but he pulled it off.
Gives you great faith in him and his team in weighing everything up and making skilled evaluations.

10/10 again today. you can see so much hes already done in such a short space, got us playing to our strengths instead of a load of nonsense...got players look confident. mixing it up and not being so predictable, actually using his football brain to attack the different types of teams we are playing, loving it so far.

Thomas Frank sets himself apart through pragmatism. He isn’t tied to a fixed philosophy, instead adapting his tactics to suit each opponent. Beyond a clear emphasis on set-pieces, it’s hard to pin down a single game style, and that’s exactly the point. I just hope we don't sack him prematurely.
