but yeah. The previous guy was the dogs bollox.

Casual look at Forest

no clean sheets (Nuno's defence was rock solid)

a lead lost v mighty Swansea

hamstrings pinging already

"it's what we do mate"

now tell me how it's going at Forest. I actaully would like Ange to do OK at Forest but then I take a clown like you off ignore every 2 months or so and I think I'd like him to get them relegated with the worst goals against in history. At least he'd take down the fat mafia git and Yates with him

back on mute you ignoramus

Ange, god bless him, was kinda shit.

Only just arrived? He's been here neigh on 4 months. A season to get his "principles" across? Gimme a break. Postecoglou completely altered the way we play and got them playing his way in less than one month. He's doing the same at Forest ( you may not like his way of playing, but you can't argue that he didn't need a year to get his "principles" across to the players)

Frank has better players than last season, and a fit back five. There are no excuses to get the team playing his way in the next 4- 6 weeks.
What crap

I think it’s 50/50. You can see some elements of the game have changed which is say are the more easier parts to work on such as set pieces both defending and attacking, throw ins, free kicks, slightly more long ball with our game, etc. However other parts of the game still similar to Ange like being too easy to get through when caught on transition, still coughing up good chances and our own in ability thus far to create good chances. That is all very similar to under Ange. Hopefully that all improves in the coming weeks.

Definitely better at set pieces and bit tighter at the back but we are completely risk averse now and there are still games or periods of games (Bournemouth, first half Brighton) where we look like a bunch of strangers who just met in the car park. Need to be more consistent and strike fear into the opposition.

Um, 'completely risk averse' no we are not - you saw the goals we conceded last week, we tried to play offside on the fucking half way line, how is that completely risk averse?

What facts, you doughnut.

Fatman left us a defensive puddle.

Frank has had to rebuild from the bottom up.

And has to actually train-in grown-up tactics and principles other than "just run the ball up and don't worry about whatever's happening behind you, mate".

It's like comparing an amoeba with Einstein, in tactical terms.

Frank would have walked those fixtures in the EL to the cup and still had us top 6+, in a second season with us, and not have us the self-shitting, game-losing mess that that cowboy left us in.

Yes of course because we have a long and storied history of managers winning European trophies that its a certainty that Frank- who has won nothing, ever, anywhere- would have done it. eye roll.gif

Fuck outta here.

Yes, he needs a season to fully repair the damage and root out the atrocious habits drilled into the players by YOUR cult leader; work through the damage left by flagrant NEGLECT and properly build-in his own methodology.

No, its YOU who needs that year to feel vindicated if Frank fails before that year is up

That fat fuck hasn't even won a fucking game and you're sucking him off for working miracles.

Give him a year....

Whilst Frank truly has done with how he's already got us playing in such a short period of time, considering the shower we were.

What an absolute joke.

3rd in the league (joint second highest goalscorers), won first CL game and through in the cup and you wanna try and shit on a post that suggests it's a good idea to give this guy time to drill in his -- far more complex than that fat slob's-- methods into this team, to set us up for consistent success?

He'll get time but won't be getting a year if the results are not there.

Yeah, you and your shit agenda can get in the bin.

Pot, meet kettle.

By the way you are wrong, not for the first time.
Last season 7 points, so we are 3 points better.
Last season we scored 9, this season 10.
Once again your hysterical opinions blind you to reality.

A year to be vindicated about what???

Wtf are you even on about???

Seriously, fuck off to Forest.

You don't belong here.

Your heart isn't in this club.

Stop moping around here pretending to support Spurs, trying to kill enthusiasm for our new, very capable, manager.

Go be happy with you leader.

Won’t last long here unless this improves. Especially with the ownership/board trying to shake things up post-Levy.

Fucking terrible tonight. Team section was poor. Changes were poor, killed us but most concerning is how completely fucking devoid of ideas we are in front of goal. We look abysmal.

(With any luck this puts the reverse mockers on us and we win 2-1)

Another game and other utterly abject attacking performance. Every game we allow the opposition, no matter what their level to control it for a massive period and peg is back. This was coming, has been for weeks.

Worst team in the league by a country mile and they've had a handy Saturday evening out. At what point are we allowed to criticize the coach for how useless we are in the final third. Our plan is set pieces, or get it out wide and cross. We don't create anything. This is as bad attacking wise as I can remember.

Like the guy but he has to hang his head in shame tonight. When we lose under him we look so lifeless.

Edit: thankfully snuck a draw, but we really got away with one awful performance.
