A niggling concern...It's far too early in his tenure to make a definitive judgment on Frank. Those who say he has concentrated on the defensive side of the game are probably correct. We do look much more cohesive and structured and we are clearly harder to beat.
If, as believed, he has not yet turned to fixing our creativity and attack, and has been hamstrung (excuse the pun) by injuries, then the future is brighter.
IHowever, I have a niggling concern that he is ultra conservative and that what we're seeing is his modus operandi. I want us to be the force a club of our stature and tradition should be, not a mid table, defensively solid, mundane outfit. That is what I feared when Frank was being touted as a potential manager. Please, please, prove that my concerns were misplaced, Thomas.
There is actually several years of data you can look at. Frank will always be conservative and risk averse. A lot of people seem ok with that but not me. We are a massive club and we should act like one. That includes not being out played by teams rooted firmly at the bottom of the table.
