He’s immediately made us obdurate, and that’s translated into the corners/set pieces and the excellent away record.

However he needs to solve the home conundrum. His natural leaning towards conservatism is what creates the doubts in my mind that he can. He’s not comfortable having the majority of the play.
 
Away form has been unbelievable. Frank's tactics and how we manage the game away from home is elite. 10/10 job.

Home form has been very worrying. Unable to beat rock bottom wolves and getting battered by Bournemouth were two real low points. No sign of this improving yet. We approach home games like they are away games and allow the other team to settle and grow into the game. This needs serious work and hasn't been good enough so far. 3/10.

That's how I view it overall. I'd probably give Frank a 6.5/10 job so far. If he can get us playing on the front foot at home and winning games then he's doing a brilliant job.

It’s mad to think the top scorer he has to rely on / utilise from last season is Brennan Johnson.

A player everyone knows is extremely unsuited to possession based football. Crazy to see us in 3rd place. Behind Bournemouth equal with Sunderland. WTAF.

Pretty sure Nostradamus didn’t predict this shit.

When we signed Brennan, iirc Frank and Brentford were our biggest competitors.

Makes sense to me from what we’ve seen of Frank so far that a player who is disciplined with positioning without the ball and very efficient at finishing chances from very few touches, is EXACTLY the type of forward Frank wants for his system.

I'd take 4 points now if you offered it to me. We'll be giving absolutely no chance away to Woolwich but Frank's style will make us competitive. The onus will be on them to break us down and we won't be intimidated by their set peices.

If he can take points off Woolwich then Frank will quickly win over the whole fanbase. They've been dunking on us for the last 3 years. We badly need to change that.
