Spence hopefully is just upset and they only appear to be ignoring Frank, disappearing directly into our dressing room while feeling frustration and shame.

Spence if anything though should thank Frank, who took off Porro and moved Djed into his vacated position. Could have easily been subbed the other way.

I have supported this team for over 60 years through thick and thin, there were some good years but mostly barren. We need a complete reboot starting with recruitment and scouting and if a change of manager so be it.
Seeing the darkside pushing for the premiership gives me a painful shiver. COYS

You can demean or diminish that Trophy as much as you like but it's pointless. It serves only to make you feel better about something that brings you pain when it should bring you joy. The difference is - as always - that I will support Frank based on facts and data and context until it's no longer right to support him (again, based on those metrics). All the things that the usual motley collection of sacky sacks have chucked out at the first sign of trouble.

And yes the Club had every right to sack Postecoglou. A decision I agreed with. But I also acknowledge ghe overperformed with the squad available. Which is why I know the mountain Frank has to climb and how big a task he has ahead of him.

Its a curse always being right. I am a latter day Cassandra. But I'll struggle on. You see I took genuine joy from the wonderful night in Bilboa. It gets me through nights like last night. That's how its supposed to work. :angecup: 😍

Feel we just don't know what we are at the moment, are we a side who wants to base attacking play on the wings or through the middle? Nobody drops deep, nobody makes runs in behind, it's just an incohesive mess out there. There's no real patterns of play you see, last time I really saw that was under conte tbh.

Not really sure what Frank is trying to do at the moment apart from make us more defensively sound, which on the whole he has done. The attack is just pathetic and IDK how he's going to improve any of these current players. A lot of them seem to really lack the absolute basics.

100% Some gooner mug I know said that North London was red when they won cup a few years ago, despite us finishing above them in the league. Cup tournaments can throw up all kinds of random sh1t, whereas the season is a grind, and your league opponents predetermined. Typical scum rationale.

Posted this in the Tactical thread but it might as well go in here too. As usual, those of us pointing out that results were massively outscoring performances were called XG cunts blah blah. All I was trying to point out was that Frank hadn't improved us defensively like others were claiming, and what he has done is completely stuntify any football or attacking.

Not when you analyse what exactly was "at his disposal" and when it was "at his disposal".

I've already put the numbers up. And the trophy is in the cabinet. If you don't want to accept truth that's entirely your bag but I'm just out here begging people to understand just how big a mountain Frank has to climb and to support him 🙏
