That's a very difficult run and respectable points on the board. The issue was the horrible style of football, which we're seeing now. I was delighted they sacked him as it was clearly a terrible fit.

Football has bee diabolical in 90% of our games. There's no light at the end of the tunnel, when we've played 18 games, we're going to have very sore necks at the looking up we'll have to do.

We’ve played city at the etihad and Chelsea. These days Villa are about equivalent to the meh that were Woolwich back then, too.

We sacked him because we never really wanted him and an elite alternative was on the table. We’re currently fourth, there is no elite alternative either. Just last week we were the first team to win as Goodison and put 3 past them.

The football hasn’t been good. I won’t pretend otherwise. But I care more about actual results and as long as those mostly continue to be ok then I’m happy to give him time - the squads dreadful, we got 38 points last campaign and he has loads of work to do.

You smoking crack? Nuno had Prime Son & Kane and did worse with 5 losses in 10 games... Frank was left with a rebuild team after Son left. He needs atleast a season to implement his philosophy to this team. As long as we are not fighting relegation we should be patient.

Also the league wasn't as competitive back in 2021/22 compared to now, again such a pointless comparison.

Nuno had a Kane that downed tools after his failed move to City and didn't start playing like himself until Conte was brought in. He also had a terrible defence and keeper, and a midfield probably worse than this.

He also had only two less points on the board at this stage, when he got sacked, with the average place of those sides 8.8 in the table. That's actual a decent return, but performances were poor.

There's no philosophy here. I genuinely can't believe people are defending this. It's the worst football I've ever seen, not just from us, but anyone. Aimless passing along the backline and midfield, then a hoof long. While conceding. Ore chances than under feckin Ange.

Yea, I mean, we always, usually always lose to Chelsea. Its some voodoo shit and its not just Frank. Its like how we play well against City.

Levy did some weird backroom deal with Bayern for owed Kane money (or w/evs) and bought us Tel to play at LW for us. What a fucking genius that Levy is. Now Tel is our 3rd striker despite having spent half of a Semenyo on him, and we apparently don't have enough cash now to buy the real item.

I would say it was more a case of the supporters were not willing at that point to accept Levy's preferred option of mediocrity so soon after the boom time under Poch.

The belief that our fortunes could be salvaged were still quite high at this point and we still had prime Kane and Son in the starting 11.

The Levy out chants were very loud against Man United at home and Nuno was toast.

We would accept Nuno now. He's a similar profile to Frank and most Spurs supporters have now accepted that our rising star has been sunk by the decisions made over the last 5 years.

We were absolutely NOT good on the ball under Ange- maybe during those magic first 10 games, but that was about it. Scoring a few while shipping 3x the other way is in no way good on the ball either.

You seem to think that people actually like the football, you think people are actually happy with the football you keep throwing out these straw men in your arguments that no-one has actually said JUST because they don't happen to agree with your particular POV, so weird.

What is weird is that you can't accept that people are happy to wait and see for the time being, it doesn't mean people are currently happy, it just means people aren't going early, unlike you are.

If you don't think this group of players can't play a sniff of football then you're wildly mistaken. When he gets replaced, the game we'll play much nicer football than anything we've seen under Frank, on the first game.

I'll then be going through receipts to ask why Frank couldn't, after lots of games. Becaise apparently no one in this football team can play football, despite most of this squad doing it at times for the last two years (for the millionth time, I'm not pining for suicide ball again).

We've lost against every good side we've faced since. People can think how they want. People constantly tell me I'm wrong, I don't get upset or insult everyone. I use stats and metrics to show that we're massively overperforming and despite spending a huge sum of money, we're absolutely no better than last year.

But again, of you like to pretend this will work. More power to you mi amigo. I won't change my position that we're in deep shit. I said it when we were 2nd, we've being going one way since, and after a few weeks, it's going to be panic stations here.
