Fans are sick of Frank and also sick of a lot of the players.
The players are starting to hate the fans (Spence, VDV, porro and vicario)
We really are a broken club and while getting rid of Frank is probably the right call now, with no obvious candidate to replace him and all the issues the club has it's hard to see how we get out of this mess.

What I wouldnt give for the Lewis family to sell up. Involved in appointing Frank and given paratici a huge role and kept on Lange. We really are fucked

They're making money from our misery, they'll never sell

I hear you but they will if atmosphere stays as toxic as it is and over 11k tickets go for sale on exchange and we can't sell out CL games then I think they will sell because they don't take cash from the club it's all about the value of the club growing and it won't grow the way things are now.
Keeps going like this and we could genuinely get pulled into relegation fight after finishing 17th last season.

We are in a relegation fight already.

We were lucky we played Burnley early.

Wolves should have beaten us.

Because some of these people who Frank said are not real fans spend a lot of fucking money to watch their team play football , they have probably had stick all week from the gooners at work after last Sundays display, and I think a lot of the fans have just had enough , personally I wouldn’t boo a player myself however I’m not going to call someone “not a real fan” because they are frustrated with watching us.
I go to games and I live in fucking Islington. I get dogs abuse from Gooner cunts regularly as well but that's not an excuse to start acting like a twat and booing a player unless he's absolutely cunted the club off.

He didn't make the mistake intentionally ..it's a mistake that doesn't warrant that stupid reaction.

I’ve said it before, but I just found the fanfare around his appointment in the summer to be nothing short of extraordinary.

Journalists, and respectable ones at that, were speaking about this appointment as if we had snared the next great footballing mind as our manager. To this day, I still am completely unsighted as to how they came to this conclusion.

Then you have Levy and Vinai and their infamous “Thomas came out on top of every metric to be a Tottenham manager” nonsense.
Did he really? I would absolutely love to have seen those KPI’s.

The guy was in charge or Brentford for 4 years in the PL. Throughout those 4 years, they punched above their weight and did well to avoid relegation but..
Did they have any noticeable and admirable style/philosophy? No.
Did you ever fear playing them? No (we beat them twice last year in our worst ever PL season ffs)
Did Frank exude traits of a strong personality/charismatic leader? No.
Did he bring through youth players there and turn them into PL players? No.
Did he manage big personalities and get the best out of them? No.

I’m sure there’s plenty more I could go through - bottom line, I think people need to have a bit of a reality check when assessing this guy, because I really would be lying if I said I’m surprised at how this appointment is transpiring.

This “tactically flexible demon” image of Frank we were sold, as if we were getting a guy that had been bossing the is nothing more than utter horseshit and propaganda sold to us.

People compared this guy to when we got Poch from Southampton, you would do well to find a bigger chalk and cheese comparison in any walk of life.
Marco Silva, who was overlooked for the job in favour of Frank, would have been a far, far better appointment and made Frank look like an intern with his iPad on the touchline last night.

Frank is Nuno 2.0 and we need to act fast because the season is still there to be saved.
You win the Internet today.

Top post.

We will get a sense of any semblance of togetherness on Tuesday.

A heavy defeat tells its own set of stories.

Beyond that, and if necessary, the right manager, and 2 or 3 of the right players and it's easily rectified.

It can also get a lot worse if wrong decisions are made.

IF the players hate the fans theyre free to fuck off. Theres never been as big a diconnect between fans of clubs and the modern pampered player. Not just here. Dont want to be booed make more of an effort. Improve. Dont stink the place out of it week after week and then throw a hissy fit when the fans dont like it. (Dont agree with individual booing)
There is no likeable player in that squad and theyve been stinking up the place for 2 years now most of them.
apologies for the rant 😅

I think we were so desperate to see the back of Postecoglue we wanted to believe. You’re dead right though. I cannot disagree with any of this post

Most of our players are internationals
that doesnt mean they are great players tho, how many of them get into top 6 sides? this is the toughest league in the world, being an international doesnt mean much here.

weve got a keeper and a LB who no one in the top 6 would go near, then a bunch of forwards who are struggling for top 15 in most cases, muani looks good, thats about it. we have a lot of shit. kulu and maddison are big misses but thats no excuse.

The fanfare or whatever you cal it was because Frank seemed the right choice in many respects. Nothing strange about the general tone that greeted his arrival. Indeed not too dissimilar to that which greeted Pochettino. Probably more si in fact.

What can never be known is how that translates, and right now nothing is working and the players don't seem to rate Frank or what he is asking of them.

None of that could have been foreseen, and crucially there is no Kane, who added to Santo's difficulties.

Frank just seems to hold less respect with players who arent at Kane's level, which seems strange but is also very telling.

When you list some of the names in our squad...
Vdv, Romero, Spence, Porro, Udogie, Bergvall, Gray, Xavi, Muani, Tel, Oderbert, Kulu, Maddison, Sarr. All high end players imo, so why can't Frank get a tune out of them?

Almost to a man they are under performing and the only reason for me, that it can be is the manager. Which I hate to say, as I was pro Frank before he arrived.
What "Scandi" vibe is he giving off on the training ground and in the tactics room. "Hey guys, lets just get naked and head to the sauna and reflect on our feelings about the past few games. I've got some good Hashish that will help with that". Come on Vic, you crazy bastard man", Ha!, Ha!

I just can't see him throwing tea cups around the place and putting the fear of god into a player, it's all to "calm" imo.

Well it's going one way.

United won, so Amorim sits easier this weekend.

Next Slot. I think Liverpool will win, only on the basis that the stars are aligning against Frank.

Pressure all on him by tomorrow, and to a crescendo by Tuesday.

That's the usual pattern, and a heavy defeat and he's only hanging on by a thread.

Hmmmmmm......

We've been an embarrassing bunch of fans for a long old while now. Can remember it worsening towards the end of Poch and ever since we've been utterly useless at getting behind anything positive at the club.

Poch should have been backed more.. Conte should have had full support of the fans yet didn't. Then most recently Ange should have 100% got more support than what he ended with.

What manager or player is going to seriously want to play for us at this rate.
How can you expect 100% support finishing 17th?
