Not to the long and indecisive throw in though. He's gesturing towards the midfield, in a time far shorter than the 20 secs.
Who knows! 🤷🏻

Maybe he was trying to get a message over to the midfield to press up and didn’t observe the indecisive twats pissing about with the throw in.

Surely you don’t need to be a Mensa candidate to realise it’s more important to take the throw in quickly than play pass the parcel with a team mate?!

Funny thing is hardly anybody on here wanted him until it became apparent that it was him we were getting.
Then everyone started pretending he was some master tactician and we'd pulled off some kind of coup.
I still can't understand what the club was thinking in appointing this guy so soon after the Nuno debacle. It's beyond ludicrous.
It's a farce.
Another thing that is hilarious is the diversion again from ENICs fabled “we need a manager that plays a certain way. The Tottenham way.”

They couldn’t have picked a manager that fits that bill less than Thomas Frank.
Wait until he’s sacked and we’ll get the rehashed statement of “we now believe we have a coach in *new manager X*, who will bring us back to the principals needed to be a Spurs manager” etc etc etc.

It’s like clockwork at this stage. Absolutely zero vision, plan or strategy. A rudderless ship being run by clueless clowns.

The money keeps rolling in though .

They may be clowns, but they’re not poor clowns. F&&@-em.

It wouldn’t surprise me if it turns out that they 100 % know absolutely and exactly what they’re doing.

You're happy to talk about context but choose to ignore the context tgat surrounded finishing 17th. Ange made a conscious decisions to bin off the league in March to focus on winning silverware. That is context for you but obviously your hatred towards Ange doesn't allow you to acknowledge it. The same way you apply the word luck to every aspect of our run to the final. Strange.
I liked Ange - I found him very sympathetic. Unfortunately, his skills were not up to par. To his defense, we had a lot of injuries. But you could say that about Thomas Frank's current situation as well.

On topic, I didn't see that we were throwing away the league. I just saw poor performances. And even if we did throw away the league, it was still Anges lack of versatility that put us in that position.

“Frank seemed the right choice in many respects” - this is the exact thing I have an issue with. Can you explain that? What are you basing that on?

Had done his time in the PL at a lesser squad. Methodical, unflustered or so it seemed.

Functional and where he looked like he had players who knew what they were doing and respected him..

What else would we be looking for that wasn't a risk?

So for me it seemed a good choice, even if I said I liked Silva also.

I'm just watching the chavs v the arrsewipes .. and player for player..even our much vaulted CBS... Technically our current starting 11 are a million miles away from them.. THIS IS NOT down to the manager this is down to us being bought and set up to.sit deep and break with pace and power...technical ability a consideration but not a priority
.To change this long standing format ie from conte muri ect ect is going to be painful.. ATM were in transition and given our buying policy...this is not down to the manager this is down to our long term strategy...think business plan being /needing to radically change it's focus... It's either really painful or outrageously expensive...

I am sorry I am not having this blaming the fan base, or the fan base is toxic. Absolute bollocks. We have one of the most patient fan bases around. All fanbases act like cunts if the team is utter garbage.

Do you honestly think the scum fan base deserve their team right now? Look at AFTV for the last decade. They hated the team, the board, protests, slagging the players off. Now they are all loving it because their team has bollocks and are actually good.

It all stems from the manager and the players. It is on them to give the crowd a boost and the crowd will then return in kind.

What did the crowd do to warrant being 2 nil down last night? What did the away fans do to deserve being battered by Woolwich? What did the home fans do to deserve seeing the team not lay a glove on Chelsea for 90 minutes? The crowd were fine before kick off, and then the joy is sucked out of the crowd by the utter shit team they have to watch.

People go on about Liverpool fans. It's easy to be the best fans in the country when you're winning. Watch now they are struggling, how toxic it gets up there.

In essence, blaming the fans is bollocks. It has nothing to do with the fans, and they have a right to boo Vicario. He needs to grow some bollocks. Wtf was he thinking? the most braindead decision I've ever seen.

Fuck the players and fuck Frank. We will be here long after they've all fucked off.

Great post

Cool now go and watch Sunderland and look at the intensity they play at compared to us, it's night and day.

Assuming this is from the article you're linking. Let's just say it's hard to feel sympathy for this group of players.
