This combination of Frank and these players is hopeless. Too many disaster performances where we look clueless.

I was traveling today and only got to watch the first 12 minutes. I could already tell that we just weren’t up for it. Happens time and time again.

There’s probably someone that can get a better tune out of these players but no one is bringing this current team into the top 4. If we replace Frank, it’s unlikely we find an actual good manager, our track record is poor.

Replacing the manager is obviously easier than replacing half the players, but I fear replacing the manager is just delaying this same feeling for another 6-12 months.

Last year taught many of these players that they don’t have to show up every week. They are downed tools now.

Frank for me in his tenure has shown nothing in final third of interchanges, clever play, guile or craft. Just corners, chucking balls in box and erm thats about it. Ok the attack needs upgrading but i just think Frank hasnt got the tactical nous attacking wise.

Christ mate. You’re really going fully in on this one.

We’ve hit lows I don’t think we’ve ever hit before in terms of xG. This team doesn’t create. I was pro Frank but we offer nothing creatively in far too many games.

Forest have just absolutely taken the piss out of us. I don’t want the guy sacked (pointless at this point in the season) but it’s absolutely dreadful stuff. It’s 100% worse than Poch and I would bet any amount of money we won end up fifth.

Liverpool & then Palace away is a terrifying prospect. A very legitimate chance of 0 points and sinking. Two much better teams than us with ‘pool recovering.

This is a horrific team and it amazes me any Spurs fan can see any different. The midfield quite literally cannot play any kind of football.
I'm just posting objective facts.

I've loved disagreeing with you on almost everything over the journey.

It saddens me to 💯 agree with you here.

I'm an optimist but I'm really struggling to see the sunlit uplands here.

And the ‘objective stats’ about our record breaking low creation numbers in a lot of games this season?

The panic is because the performances are abysmal. If we were 11th and on these points but a bit unlucky and consistently creating there would be a spark.

We are bad and what’s worse is there is zero development. Forest took us apart. Palace and Liverpool will probably take us apart.

This is fundamentally a team looking like it is going nowhere. 1 win in 7 PL games over a terrible Brentford at home ffs.

Needs to go back to RKM up top, and Richy out left. That was the only combination working for us right now. Obviously we're still in a tough spot re injuries.

I'm not sure we need the chaos of a new manager right now, but Frank seriously needs to improve. The easiest thing he can do towards that end is playing the best players in their best positions.

You'd have to cite the source for those "record breaking low creation numbers" to establish it as objective fact. I've not seen those.

Again, all I'm doing is pointing out facts. You're offering your subjective opinion, and that's fine.

Well we’re responsible for the two lowest xG’s of any premier league side this season - 0.05 and 0.07 against Chelsea & Woolwich - the former the lowest xG of any team since records began. We had 0.37 today. This is historically pitiful stuff. It isn’t subjective. We are 14th in the xG table overall because this team is utterly woeful at creation. Both the eye test and facts back this up.

I’m not sure what development of anything you’re seeing to go for a ‘it ain’t that bad’ mentality here really. Two very tough games coming up and aside from our yearly weird win over city we have been pitiful against any side with a semblance of quality. I’m assuming factually it’ll be significantly worse than Poch when we inevitably lose both having created about half a goal combined?

I just can't believe he took off RKM and left Richarlison on for 90 minutes.

And he moved RKM out wide to make room for Richarlison to start as the 9. It's pathetic.

RKM is easily our best striker.

Frank is a fucking clown.

So what are you saying. Replace the manager or stick with him 😂

That alone is unforgivable

What confuses me is, before he was hired Frank would have had to sit in front of the Spurs board and explain how he would set up this team.

Did he really sell them on this style of play?

1. Long balls to lone striker
2. Slow build up play
3. Passes to feet only, don't play the ball into space behind defenders
4. Don't commit players into the opposition box
5. Don't shoot from distance
6. Don't try and catch the opposition on the break
7. No one touch football. Take 4 or 5 touches, and pass backwards
8. Only play down the wings, nothing down the middle

No team has ever won anything playing this style. It's how teams that are happy with mid table mediocracy play.
