All this lethargic standing around and pointing in the set play that was also happening against much inferior teams hints strongly at inadequate coaching, but that's not even my biggest issue.
The following kind of apparent confusion in transition, a pattern of play that should be significantly easier to master than the set play, is way more concerning. You can see the same kind of pointing and arm waving in these sequences as well.
