Completely agree.

Not sure who can be got right now that has the potential of getting us back to a team that competes closer to the top?

I dont want poch back, guys been in semi retirement since hoovering up a few pots at psg, the hunger he had as a younger manager has probably long gone

If alonso doesn't work out at Madrid id probably choose him tbh.

I don't want Poch back either, but I'd roll the dice on him over Frank.

Unfortunately I think Poch will be the one we turn to. The Lewis's will think it's an easy win to get the fans onside by bringing back Poch. Plus all the people Poch fell out with at Spurs have now left the club.

But as it stands, it surely will be someone else in the dugout next season.

The most depressing thing is, this is another season wasted.

If Alonso becomes available, Liverpool will sack Slot and hire him immediately.

Those are players doing things. Granted, Frank keeps playing them but it’s not like he’s overflowing with options.
Those are players doing things they've been instructed to do.

1-1 at home to Sunderland. Six minutes of added time. You get a free kick, a throw in, whatever...you go for the jugular, you give it all you've got to try and win it.

Frank's got zero excuses. But of course he'll find plenty.

I get we’re depleted - but there are sides still not as good as what we put out today that play the game a hell of a lot better . . . that’s the concern.

Who though?

This season they've beaten West Ham, Chelsea, Forest, Brentford, Wolves, Bournemouth, and Newcastle.
They've drawn with City, Woolwich, Liverpool, Villa, Everton, and Palace, Brighton, and Leeds, and Us
They've lost to Fulham, City, Burnley, and Man Utd

They've been a very good match for the best teams in the league, without having to rely on so many opposition players missing. Lost only 1 of the last 8 as far as I can tell

Incredibly boring now. The first half gave me a glimmer of hope, but Frank must’ve been annoyed at how attacking we were.

Season is still salvageable, but we need to act now.

Ange for all his faults and there we're many did it his way and the dared and done the Spurs way. This is what I dreaded that Thomas Frank would do ok. This is ok mid table safe nonsense, get it in the box hope for the best. He simply doesn't know how to attack with fluidity. Give him a transfer window and a couple of players he likes and we will rise up the table a bit and do ok. But he isn't a winner and when he's gone we are stuck with ok players he brought in. If Brennan does well at Palace ill be livid.
He will. Dribbling and crossing can be taught. Pace can't.

Sunderland have 6 players at the Africa cup we played half their reserves
jesus christ GIF

He had the best window any Spurs gaffer has had in 11 years.

He chose Palhinha.
He approved the Bentancur extension
He profiles Bergvall as a runner with a long throw
He refuses to develop any central passing combinations.
He ignores the youth players completely.

Best window lol. Yeah we made brilliant signings. The board doing what they have done for ages. Plan B targets or players from clubs because they geta free run at because they need money.

I knew it wouldn't be able to help himself and sit deep at 1 nil up with 25 minutes still to go. Bring on the double defensive midfield pivot

Suppose this would've been a good little result for Brentford tbh so he's probably unsure what the booing is about

I feel sorry for frank. We've lost our two best attackers in the last 3 years and his three best front players have all been injured since the start of the season. Replaced with uninspiring signings. Sure another manager might have us 1-2 places higher but some of you need to get a grip if you think these players are good enough to turn up week in week out.

It's not that I'd expect us to be significantly higher with another manager in charge, but Id at least expect to see some good football SOME weeks, and some clear evidence of progression.

What we're seeing is absolutely awful every week.

There's a difference.
