I would sack him tonight - simply have to beat West Ham next week and dont trust him to get a win.
I'm so desperate that even a new manager bounce will do for me at this point
As soon as a manager is called “pragmatic”, just know he is counter attacking, and cautious.Frank plays like Arteta when he had the original Woolwich squad he took over. Everything is all about out of possession positioning but minus Palhinha he doesn’t have the elite bully boy players to execute. As you say soon as handbrakes are off and Odobert, Tel and Simons can interchange we look good.
We played like Redknapp second half. Defensive players in position but attacking players given freedom and told to take the game to the opposition. Frank was sold on being this flexible Redknapp style of manager but is more Nuno.
The manager is a coward. It’s his nature to turtleSo yet again they show fight when behind but can’t do it from minute one. Why?
He didn't tell them to go out and be meek.Which the manager has overseen all season.
You must admit, he's had them playing in straight jackets for most of the season.
Second half so much better, what's he been doing all season
Yup second half was better because we went 2-0 down and threw all his stupid tactics out the window and just started pressing. We saw the same thing against Liverpool a few weeks ago.Which the manager has overseen all season.

At least with Ange he would go berserk at someone ie fans....Thomas just walks off down the tunnel

It's scary that we just look a far better team once we are 2-0 down
The notion that his job could be 'saved' by an ok second half in a game we still lost concerns me. The first half like 90% of our matches this season was trash.
30ins of ok football every few months seems to be the damn bar now. We should have been all over of them in the end but nope, just lost discipline and accepted defeat. All on Frank, just go.
My breaking point was Fulham. That was much earlier in a manager's tenure than I would normally lose faith. It was the lack of courage and lack of a discernible ethos that convinced me then. We can, and must, have someone better.I'm not someone who reacts wildly but even so i changed my vote just now.
We were an utter mess for a whole lot of that game.
He didn't tell them to go out and be meek.
And had to rocket them at halftime to get them properly into gear.
He's not covering himself in glory, but these players are spoiled, weak and irresponsible.
Oh yes he certainly does.He didn't tell them to go out and be meek.

This.Oh yes he certainly does.
If you spend all your time talking up the opposition, how you need to stop them, don’t think passing through the middle is important, rely on long balls and set pieces… sit deep in your box, then you are being meek by nature.
Chelsea did it for me. Though I never wanted us to hire him in the first place. Nothing I have seen has surprised me.My breaking point was Fulham. He's got to go. Just so out of his depth.
That bizarre Scarlett sub and taking Tel off summed him up.
