I don’t think we deserved to lose against Bournemouth, WHam or Burnley and probably deserved to win all three.

There were some personnel and tactical tweaks today and I actually thought we did some decent things today, offensively,

Two CM’s who whilst neither being spunkbrwad at least aren’t plodding hot potato wankers, fb’s as wb’s. Simons, Odobert and Solanke working hard and reasonably well as a three.

We had a bad 15 minutes after ht, but first half and last 30 we played pretty well. Dominated the ball, pressed pretty well (low ppda) doubled their xg despite playing against a block.

The goals we conceded were fucking so sloppy from individuals, mostly Romero who could have also given away a pen.

What does this mean? Fuck knows. I didn’t want Frank and still don’t. I’ve never seen anything in Franks oeuvre to suggest there’s an elite coach or tactician there, or one I’d enjoy watching, maybe there is but I’ve just never seen it. I just don’t think everything I’ve seen last few games is dog shit either, given squad/injuries.

I’d still give him till the end of the season unless someone really highly rated, who plays an evidenced progressive brand of football is happy to take over mid shit season with us in this state of squad shitflux.

The longer this goes in the worse it gets. Why is his job suddenly more at risk after a very predictable draw at Burnley?

Surely board can see more long term than "oh, good result, stick with the manager",

"Bad result,lets review."

We have all seen it for months. He's dragging us backwards and doing damage to this squad. Get him fucking gone

The board is a disgrace. The players loved Ange and never wanted Frank and it shows.

Sacking Ange to bring in Klopp, Ancelloti, Guardiola etc would have been a good move. Sacking Ange to bring in a 12th placed specialist with no personality is stupidity.

I do feel sorry for him

It's the wankers at the top to blame , they should never have let this get to where we are right now

They are cowards and frauds of the highest degree , they all need firing out of a cannon

I agree with you, mate, but for his sake and that of what is left football-wise, it's time to go. The opportunity cost of keeping him now is too high. I cannot see any upside in keeping him on.

Longer he stays the responsibility is less on him and more on Lange and Vinai. If the Lewis family had brains them 2 would follow him out the door
Frank can't get a tune out of these players but it's doubtful anybody could.

The biggest fault in Frank may be that he didn't see this in advance and took on an impossible job

The board has demonstrated none of the commitment to result on the pitch that they made noises about when they removed Levy.

How could they force him out and then continue his policies of complacency and inaction?

The only sackable thing about yesterday was how we conceded THOSE 2 goals with a back 3.
But what annoys me about yesterday and all the other games you mentioned, we only played pretty/aggressive/purposeful football was when we were forced to by the scoreline.
All these players seem to be playing with the handbrake on until they go behind.

This all assumes that Vinai is looking to sink us or something. I think the reality is that they want to change the direction of the club to be one that backs the manager. Frank is just so shit he doesn’t deserve it. If they are talking to Pochettino or Alonso for next season that yeah give them time. Not Frank though, he isn’t earning that backing.
We are Tottenham Hotspur FC.

You never ever hire a Gooner, especially for the CEO job. I don't give a shit how successful he was over there, you just never ever commit that cardinal sin.

There's zero friggin excuse, you never come back from that.

It’s not just results - there’s zero attacking play. We only look like scoring via centre backs, goal mouth scrambles from corners

IMO, he is playing a back three to accommodate Danso, for reasons unknown.

It just doesn't work.

Not saying a back four solves all of our problems, but a fully fit back four was a top four team under Ange, so he may be tinkering with the wrong things.

He has more points than Postecoglou last season at this point. But we are still diabolical, second season in a row.

Its madness how standards have dropped here. Being out of top10 for more than week or two should result in immediate sacking.

Yet here we are.
