To be honest I would be disappointed if we lost, but not too bothered if we go out now.
I think we all expect far too much from what we have got and have to understand its a complete rebuild.
We have great team, maybe 13 players.
With what is happening at the moment at our club, and its a massive step, we really need to be competing at the top of the table, and playing at the top level in Europe.
It will make the move far more easier for us to absorb than an FA cup final, and maybe a cup. It will also build the reputation of our club.
Now if we were mid table or had no European football, like Chelsea I"d say go all out for it. Play the first team.
