I fear Levy is now in a mindset where the cost of necessary transfer funds added to a large overall salary increase exposure is a risk he will not take . 250 million to rebuild the massively under strength squad , 80 million annual salary increase to make us competitive, all this with no guarantee of the Champions League he is going to hunker down instead . Even if we get CL next season he is not spending that much, he will trouser next seasons windfall for some real estate project imho.

Then Davis who actually looks like a half competent coach went . Paratici I suspect ( having perpetratorated a few would at least have spotted a fraud) They were taken in by a man who wandered into his first elite level job without an established back room, instead he seems to have assembled a staff on their capacity to recite limericks after 20 boilermakers down at the ANZAC club.
It was a major red flag that I did highlight, but it looks increasingly unprecedented. That's just not how elite coaches work in football.

High line, full backs far up the pitch or defending narrow ... either way leaving an ocean of space for anyone to attack down the flanks, which they do.
Ball in behind where a full back should be, cross, goal for an arriving opponent ... how many times have we conceded exactly that same fucking goal in the last 2 seasons?

Absolutely shocking today, we were absolutely awful and made Palace look like prime Barcelona. The tactics were appalling, the full backs kept getting caught up the pitch and Munoz was having an absolute field day.
Ange hasn't got a clue, this was a game where it would have been good to try and go into big match against Man Utd with some kind of momentum. Yes injuries are an issue, but Palace didn't seem to have a problem fielding pretty much their strongest side.
In all my years of supporting Spurs, today was up there with being one of the lowest, the players on were set up by Ange just didn't look interested. Poor Archie Gray had a nightmare in that 2nd half but tbh so did some of the others.
The front three whether it be the ones who started and finished all looked so weak and got bullied.
I remember the days when Palace would turn up at our stadium getting trounced, instead we have given them their first win in 10 I think without even having to break a swear. Fucking disgraceful.
