Right I actually needed two days to calm down. I deliberately avoided this place as I would have said something I regret.

This game broke me. I gave up my season ticket two years ago under Conte but after this game I told myself, "this is it. No more. No more getting your hopes up and being utterly defeated about 11 men kicking a sphere on some grass."

I promised myself I wouldn't watch Tottenham for the rest of the season; but there is always the next game...

Credit to Ipswich by the way. Your fans were the loudest I have heard on the TV, even before you scored.

Especially 11 brain dead men who are millionaires and don’t give a monkeys about our Tottenham. That includes the 12th little bald man billionaire upstairs.

Not sure it’s gloating it’s more an expression of reality. Do you seriously think after all the money spent, 18 months of Ange ‘coaching’ and instilling a winning mentality that we see these types of performances every other game?
The guy was on about being a winner last season and pres season, 4th was not good enough, that derbies are not important, beating city was more important, winning games when we don’t deserve to is not what he wants so will do nothing to try to change the game, all signings are his , look at who he has given the green light to, no set piece coach, our corners are pathetic 90% of the time, we have wingers who Dracula would love as they can’t cross, we are sent out with a shit mentality, even when that is recognised as evidenced by his post match comments he does nothing during the game, I could go on but that is a good start of where we are under this so called elite manger after 18 months. Oh yeah he really believes in the youth. We have sold or sent on loan most of our top talents from last season yet put faith in players like Werner , Johnson, etc. As for treatment of Spence well no better than how conte treated him even though he has looked better than both our current FBs when played.

Same during the game. He seems to know what went wrong after the game the dick! But does nothing during the game. Then he says this bollocks that it’s on him to resolve. What by playing the same players every game! Not changing his tactics? Not giving anyone rise a go in a game we are losing like Spence, gray ,etc. like keeping our best creative player on the bench for 82 mins. Keeping a shite footballer like Johnson on for 82 mi s. List goes on and on!

I accept the premise of giving the manager time to improve the playing style, play to a new system, getting whole team performances in place etc. But after a season and a bit, I would at least have expected to see some of the mental toughness, leadership qualities, responsibility taking and so on start to emerge on a regular and more consistent basis. Particularly, as these qualities have been said by Ange to be essential for success. Yet we remain on this weekly yo-yo of up one week, down the next and really, not to have progressed in any meaningful way on improved mentality and approaching every game with the same level of importance. Very frustrating and really needs addressing now.

Strange how slot doesn’t seem to get the sane media lovin as Ange did last season after 10 games. Think they have lost one game this season which includes much tougher CL games than we had last season plus caraboa cup

The drop off last season from Jan onwards was really evident.

I'd love to hear his honest opinion not BS PR and catchphrases. I'm sure Ange knows more about football than I've forgotten, but he must see all these defeats and non performances are not sustainable.

I don’t buy into this full throttle football BS. When we have the ball we are just ficking about with it at the back at standstill. When have really put a team under pressure for a sustained period. No way do we play like prime poch or how klopps pool did, fergies manure where they would going for it hell for leather trying to salvage the game. Just look at how we play on 90 mins when losing there is no urgency, no players breaking a neck , no real drive just the same old same old. Mainly cuti doing square passes after an eternity.

The interviewer, at this point, should be asking the fat pudding “Are you capable of ‘sorting it out’ or ‘making it better’???

Because quite clearly he’s incapable of doing either!!

He could look at the video of this game , palace, Brighton and look at performances of players , look at where players have been weak (Johnson), lazy (cuti) or generally shite and identify that with the players when back. He has just given himself a get out jail card.

Still don’t see this frenetic stuff it’s mainly slow slow slow! What is kamikaze is we have a bunch of players upfiekd who are never going to receive the ball as the oppo have everyone back. We are relying on our CBs to provide cutting passes mostly. They have out all to a FB as they are upfield hiding. Wingers especially on the right are no where to be seen and ignored anyway. Only on the left does Sonny see some ball. Johnson is ignored and probably rightly as he is general crap.
