It's not about who plays but how they play. City are easier for us, in theory because they let us play, but it's irrelevant.

Nothing whatsoever, both in this hame, and the teams who will remaim in the next round and beyond give me the slightest confidence, even if we were at home.

With respect to Brighton and Palace, you ain't very good if you lose to both.

No doubt we will need the Woolwich/United route of home ties against the worst sides the whole way through.

Scrape through tonight, Southampton at home after that, then Brentford over 2 legs and a spawns win in the final against a Villa side more interested in the CL.

It’s our only hope.

I’ve already resigned myself to United now winning the Europa league and us either getting drawn at Anfield in the 3rd round of the FA cup, or harder still (for us) getting drawn away to a Championship side in the 5th round

Happy Birthday Yes GIF

Getting ready for the trek to the stadium. Expect to see Davies, Gray, Werner and Bergvall in the starting 11. Like all good spurs fans I'm hoping for the best while expecting the worst :D

COYS!

I've no idea but it was every match thread lol
Found the thread where it started....

Pretty bloody funny actually.

Think it was everyone's favourite fitness blogger DSanditon DSanditon who couldn't let the joke go.

Scary how talented City's predicted line up is:

Ortega
Lewis - Braithwaite - Stones - Ake
O'Reily - Wright - Gundogan
Savio - McAtee - Nunes

Promotional message on the Paramount app I use to watch these matches: "Tottenham Hotspur and Heung-Min Son take on Erling Harland and Manchester City..."

Eh, not likely fellas :ange-lol:

Yeah that’s talented but our first team should be beating that side at home.

If we piss about fielding Forster, Bergvall, Werner and Richy then we will get beat - go strong, get through and hope that we get a well over due break with the draw - Southampton at home being the dream draw

We're rotating mate. Simple as that. The club will always see the league and aim for CL football much more important than a competition that awards you a hotdog and a handshake.

I imagine we'll look like this:

Vicario
Gray - Dragusin - Van de Ven - Udogie
Kulusevski - Bentancur - Sarr
Johnson - Solanke - Werner
Or something similar tbh. Maybe Maddison for Kulusevski

Put money on that. So us.

Will be setting off soon , it feels kind of like looking forward to going to the dentist for root canal treatment . Only Spurs can give me such conflicting emotions simultaneously.
