Personally would put more blame on the tactics of both the men's and women's teams , both managers seem unable to adapt to the different problems put before them each week against different opposition.

If you saw the match on TV it was nowhere near that , empty seats all over the place , mind you far more than the measly crowd that turned up at The Lane to see the women play Man U the other week, if you ever watch Spurs women it's understandable why so few turn up.

It’s garbage football, women should just play for fun. The idea it can be professional and people pay to watch it is laughable. The Academy boys under 16 team would smash the women team about 20 nil.
But the woke brigade will make sure women’s football continues to get coverage and airtime it doesn’t deserve.
I invest too much time, money and emotion into the men's game, nothing left for the women or youth teams, tbh. Although I would want any team wearing the shirt to win, I'm not going to watch full games.
My friend has STs for both the men and the women, and if there's a clash, she would go to the latter, and she goes to away games too.
When I went to the FA Cup Final last season, and we were 4-0 down against MU, I left and felt slightly annoyed, if that had been the men, I would have been inconsolable and not left the house for weeks!

Think garbage is a bit strong but it's certainly not anywhere near mens level, as you say 16 year olds would beat them easily and going by yesterdays game a team with Defoe , Berba, Sandro , Keane ,Gomes , Pirlo, Kafu to name a few would absolutely slaughter them.
Main problem , bit like the mens team always trying to score the perfect team goal by playing out from the back and they don't have that ability against the better teams, sometimes by the goalie going long you can also create openings but some of today's managers are obsessed with possession football.
