The other amusing thing about the Brighton fans down playing our EL win is the mental gymnastics they are going through to see all the permutations for them to get into the Conference League.

The European spots. Normally 5 in league + both cup winners if not in top league positions. This year extra CL position + us + presumably Chelsea if they win Conference and do not qualify through league position. So as Brighton at best can get 8th ( they only need a draw) and Palace & Us are out of the top 8 does that mean if Chelsea qualify through their league position that we still get an extra space?
