Ah, the famous Liverpool sense of hospitality and humour that they’ll tell the world they have.Been there, done that - 1982, my first visit to Anfield, Clem's first time back, Hoddle scoring from the halfway line (well, nearly), it was all going so well. Then we let in three (IIRC) and had to stay in the ground watching them being presented with the trophy. When they let us out eventually, we were sitting targets for their supporters and we got pelted with stones and rocks, and they had smashed a lot of the windows of our train. Funnily enough, when we beat them for the first time since the Titanic went down, they left us alone!

That was to excess - two games per week for months and months, same 11 until they droppedExcept it's just not worked like that this season...
When we've played people to maintain continuity, they get injured, and we're forced to rotate and dip deep into the squad...
When we rotate to save players, form dips, and no one gets 'results or confidence'
We've been a rule unto ourselves this season... No logic has applied to any part of our season!
...except Dr Tottenham has been doing a roaring trade!
Tbh, I don't know what we're going to get tomorrow night.
It would be great to build some momentum now and finish the season really strong in the Premier league and get to the EL final, give it everything we've got and bring that trophy home COYFS!!!!!

I haven't been to Anfield since 2018/2019 season - I remember we drew in Feb it was fukkin freezing & the fans were throwing plastic bottles at us...And whenever I’ve been there Plod let them get away with virtually murder!
hard to tell if the players are going their own way.... or ANge finally ditching Ange-BallThere is absolutely no way that was a tactic. The players resorted to that themselves. It’s clear as day they no longer have any faith in Postecoglou’s philosophy.
Now that we’re safe from relegation, we need to let Forest thump us so they knock Chelsea out of the CL spots.Win this we jump to 13th and 17 points away from CL places, anything can happen with still 4 games to play.
...ah, at least they were probably empty bottles...I haven't been to Anfield since 2018/2019 season - I remember we drew in Feb it was fukkin freezing & the fans were throwing plastic bottles at us...

Do we though? The league and euro games are night and day at the moment. There wikl be half a dozen changes anyway. League games will probably be used to get players into form and to give the kids some game time. Doesn’t mean they aren’t expected to be competitive.
Kulu probably needs the minutesVic
