Being brutally honest, Rangers could have got a penalty after 9 minutes that if given could have seen the Bilbao defender sent off. So the semi finals of the Europe league could have been Bodo, Spurs, Rangers, United.

3 of those teams have been at times, totally disgraceful this season.

Pal, they had a plan, stuck to it and beat us at our place...now they're 3rd. They could've had 4 in the first half alone and had they not stopped attacking in the 2nd, they win that by more than one. Totally understandable that they got defensive - they're playing for CL football, badly needed a result after recent defeats, they're away from home.

Ooooooh we had some chances in the 2nd half. Yippee-friggin-kiyay. Still lost. For the 18th time this season.

Probably due to the Pope's passing, obviously can't be on our GOAT manager and extraordinary players.

The fans get dumber by the day. They did exactly the bare minimum they need to beat us. Take the points and go home. I long for this level of functional competence. In fact the more I think about it, the more I think these kind of people have kind of got us where we are. It's the aesthetic of 'entertainment ' that's seeped into modern football. Football teams need to be able to do more than one thing, be free flowing and one touch but also dig in and battle to get points. It's not a product that has no variance. That was never football.
