Yep. The revisionism on here is mental. Must have been watching a different game.
We weren't great. Left ourselves open to the possibility of a smash and grab but on the whole we weren't really troubled.
And even though we were rubbish up front, we still had the better chances to win it.
So which of this game and Coventry were the worst performance so far?
Yeah well he played on til the end of normal time but they showed it on a slow mo and it looked like a painful one. Didn't look too serious though and hopefully it was just a precaution and some rest will sort it as we need him fit for Weds. He seems to divide opinion but he's doing well enough in my opinion.I missed the last 5/10mins... I didn't realise that.
Last thing I saw was the pair of them grappling over and over again.

With werner if you put him one on one with a cargo plane hangar he would somehow miss. He needs shooting practice drills for a week non stop.
Never said we were good. Just said we had chances as good as, if not better, than theirs.
Lots on here post what ifs for them but also ignore our what ifs.
Match wasn't great. We didn't play well but won and, on the whole, we deserved it.

Whichever way you look at it, bottom half of the league with 10 defeats already, and coming within a squeak of having the worst result in this football club's history ain't fucking great, mate.
