Yeah but we don't sing 'We are Tottenham' like that. It's quite clearly a quad-syllabic variation of 'We are Sailing' sang at 200mph in a vaguely aggressive way that any person of sound mind can appreciate for its non-melismatic lyrical fluency . Any more syllables than that and folk need retuning.
