If the game is about glory, then I'm not seeing much of it thus far in the EL this season, and am having a hard time getting excited about watching Spurs acting like a schoolyard bully and beating up on pitiful teams from Tbilisi, Georgia and Norwegian teams from the Arctic Circle.

But those clubs all fought and scratched their way into their own glory night against a club like Tottenham. Just as we've acted awestruck when the likes of San Siro were on our fixtures list, so too they might think the same. Sometimes you're the prettier person on the date, you know…

I don't think Rose's injury looked too bad. I expect with all the games and the depth we have AVB has said to the players, if you get a twinge in these games then come off, don't risk making it worse.
