Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Anyone with eyes can see VDV was himself pushed and wrestled. Even arch Gooner Alan Smith on Sky Comms couldn't see why it was disallowed.

Its as clear an example of "clear and obvious" error you'll see. If VAR is now being told to just side with refs calls then just abolish it. It's pointless.

VAR has been all over the place from day one, I genuinely can't see how it's improved the game or what it contributes.

In the book "Destination Tottenham" Levy gives his account of the Stratford bid , we can believe it or not as we choose. He states that Spurs were invited and actively encouraged to make a bid for Stratford , he doesn't say who by. The deadline for the Olympic Stadium bid was the same day that Haringey Council Planning Committe were considering the Northumberland Park Development so he says the club needed a plan B in case NPD was rejected by the council so we put in the bid. Levy also states he was led to believe by politicians that we would be allowed to demolish the Olympic Stadium and build a bespoke football stadium, I did hear him say that on a Radio 5 programme in a discussion with Seb Coe when Coe said we wouldn't be able to do that as the stadium would be needed for some athletic events. Levy states that the Tottenham riots of 2011 was also a big influence in wanting to stay in Tottenham and not move out, a month after the riots Haringey Council passed the planning permission for the NPD project so Stratford was ditched, of course after the Archway Metals hold up the stadium plan was altered to include the sliding pitch and the iconic south stand.

PS Back to the football, after yesterdays great result most encouraging thing so far this season , 4 games and just the one goal conceded.
and that goal was partly caused by Romero having a rest before an international call up

I’m not giving up on him yet , he is still really young in a foreign country playing in the hardest league in the world.
If Frank trusts him to start then there is a player there!
I also think that throwing him in as a 9 in the Prem is just asking for it not to work.

You could even see it last night, he looked much more lively once he moved out on the wing.

Sullivan and Brady were a glorious picture of misery and uncomfortableness yesterday, when the TV cameras cut to them at 0-3. They both looked like they wanted to get out of that place asap, with the majority of fans, but knew they couldn't.
