I can't see Levy firing Poch anytime soon and paying his contract out or paying compensation to poach another manager currently in work, so if he walks (and I think it's getting close; he's clearly very unhappy) I can see a temporary manager being appointed until the end of the season. And like it or not, that could easily be Mourinho.
 
YES on 3 conditions:
1. He signs a contract knowing spending per season is an £X net amount.
2. No compensation on sacking based on poor results.
3. Sacked without compensation if he moans in the media about the club/players.

Jose won't agree so move on, either stick with Poch or find another but lock this thread for good.

Mourinho's football is repulsive.
But our squad consist of the types of players that would absolutely fit JM's system.
He'd at least bring trophies during his default 2-3 seasons before having the dressing room gang up against him... unless DL don't require him to win anything just like MP

I'll take the trophies for 2/3 seasons then. 81-84 last time we won a few trophies quite close together

I can’t see Mourinho with his ego ever doing temporary
 
At the moment the club is not progressing, signing Mourinho would be a massive leap...backwards !
If Poch is eventually sacked then Levy will have his replacement on standby, if Poch walks then maybe a night watchman will be needed. Somebody suggested Rafa earlier and to be honest I couldn't think of anyone better to steady the ship whilst we find a new Captain.
 
In recent years he has had a mare. But when you look at what he got out of Porto and Inter, I think Mourinho could have the right skills to get this talented squad firing on all cylinders again. Or is he a spent force?
Am I mad? What do you guys think?

I honestly think Madrid broke him. He was fun and entertaining before them, a bitter whinging bastard afterwards.

Personally I think Ten Haag should be on our radar. If he can repeat last year's heroic's this season then he has proved himself very worthy.
