I actually hope he stays to see if he can work well under Poch. Champ or not. I think though that given his wages and decent re-sale value, he's actually one you'd get shot of if we go down, especially if Madders is fit again.

He is very much a Poch type player, would be amazing in a 4-2-3-1, in the middle 3.I actually hope he stays to see if he can work well under Poch. Champ or not. It's just the players around him are complete and utter pricks.
Probably down to the coaching... A manager with more than three braincells would do him wonders. This guy wants to find the most difficult thing to do, ignoring what's simple and effective.
Every touch/pass has to be something.
Just play simple.
Please.
its painful to watch aint it. football is a simple game, half these idiots want to try some hollywood nonsense that impresses school kids. good football is doing simple things as cleanly and efficiently as possible. This guy wants to find the most difficult thing to do, ignoring what's simple and effective.

What’s the message? ‘Let’s keep it to five, lads’.Tudor subbed Palinha for Richy at 5-1 down then brought Simons on with 5 to play.
Pretty hard to misread that as Tudor sending him a message
Tbh I think he’s adapted pretty quickly to the physicality, faster than a lot of players
He’s just a technical player that needs to associate and link with his teammates to keep the v clock ticking and we are too dysfunctional for him to do that.
He’s not a winger that can stay high and wide. He needs to drop deep, connect in build up and ping passes. Then collect it back in the half spaces to play 1-2’s or take shots
