The 2-7 against Bayern looks bad but it generally flattered them and we made a game of it for a while but our worst performance this season was at Brighton
Absolute shocker!

Best:
* CL semi final. Never seen or felt anything like that.
* CL quarter final. Total warriors holding off what was probably the best team on the planet at that point.
* Beating those crusty cunt cockwombles at Stamford Bridge for the first time in 28 years. That felt beautiful.
* Beating them 5-3 in 2015.
* Beating liverpool 4-1 in 2017 (and then Wanyama's fuck you screamer at Anfield to go 2-2 in the same season). They bloody hated us after that.

Honorary mention: Danny's face when Mr Go-Compare waddled past him on the opening night of the stadium. Spat my lager everywhere laughing.

Worst:
* CL final. So massively disappointing. I can understand why Poch went and cried into his pillow for a week.
* Losing the semi-final to Man Utd in 2018 after a really decent start.
* Brighton. Felt sick losing Hugo then the players crumbled to sunday league standard.
* 5-1 defeat in the 2012 semi-final
* 2-2 (2016) we let Costa and co wind us up and we fucking fell for it. Horrible game that caused mental damage.

un-Honorary mention: related to ^, Newcastle 5-1. St Totteringhams day was restored and I wanted some anti-gooner god to drop down from the sky and spaff ignited Domestos over their fans' heads.

This is a pretty good list.

Winning at the Bridge and the last game at the Lane would be contenders as well.

Without going all soppy, watching my sons open mouthed face as he walked onto the shelf in 2012 and saw WHL for the first time pre match.

The same reaction my old man had when I first went in the early eighties.

Aside from the obvious Ajax, Madrid, Inter, Chavs away etc ... some of my favourite ‘less obvious’ games as a match-going fan...

Chelsea H April 2010 2-1 win - one of the most complete performances I’ve ever seen from us against the best Chelsea side IMHO. Having beaten Arse a few days earlier, this victory felt unreal. Beautiful scenes on a sunny afternoon.

Fiorentina H Feb 2016 3-0 win - atmosphere was WHL at its peak with an infamous ‘Shelf Side / Park Lane’ chant that went on for what felt like 20 minutes.

Stoke A April 2016 4-0 win - amazing atmosphere and away day as we dreamed of a PL title (didn’t last).

Chelsea H Jan 2017 2-0 win - complete domination on and off the pitch. Poch seemed like God back then.

But I have to come back to an obvious one and the last match at WHL. It was beautiful, fitting, emotional, heart-breaking, still almost unbelievable... I miss the old girl so much. But to go unbeaten in her last year was so special. We were so good to watch that season.

Kranjkar when he came on as a sub really poised off and scored a thirty yarder into the top corner to the win the match... Kin get in!

ac milan away with it's brutal bravery

harry kane verses chelsea... 5-3

lucas moura verses ajax

tom - pick that fooker out - huddlestone

reading that luka modric wanted to leave tottenham

the england job, muamba, court case, stratford, heart attack, john terry the racist cunt of a year that was!

erik lamela

signing saha and the captain and not taking that big chance

poch in / poch out heartbreaking end to such a grand man

Best

Ajax semi 3-2
City QF 3-4
City 2010 Crouch 1-0
Inter 2010 3-1
Real Madrid 2017 3-1 - the pinnacle of this squad

the Arse wins at the Lane, Chelski 5-3, last game at Lane vs United all live long

worst

Man Utd FA semi 1-2
Brighton 0-3 (confirmed Poch was done for)
Chelski winning 2012 CL
22secs handball penalty....
2015 league cup final 0-2 - not laying a glove on Chelski team we’d put 5 past the previous month

Battle of the bridge and Toon 5-1 were not nice.... but we lost our chance in that title race at Westham 0-1....

And it looks like this squad has peaked now so unlikely to change soon unless tight Levy opens up the purse and buys real quality and not some bargain bin clowns
We are in big trouble, Poch new that. Mourinho is expected to work with what he has. Our scouting system is not fit for purpose and the market has changed drastically since we first bought CE. Either we invest now or we take a step back.

Best:

- Week of madness 2010 - qualifying for the CL for the first time is the reason we are here today. Beating Woolwich for the first time in 9 years? Going on to then beat Chelsea before going to City and beating them too.

- Miracle in Amsterdam - no words will ever describe the craziness of those 45 minutes. No Spurs fan will ever forget where they were when Lucas Moura bagged that 96th minute winner.

- Bale becomes a star - sure, the hattrick against them at the San Siro was special but the way he tore then apart for 90 minutes at the lane was special. The European champions!

- Kane has arrived - there were doubts over Poch during his first season but he and a certain Harry Kane arrived on this day against Chelsea. Two goals and and assist in a 5-3 mauling of the would be champions.

- Goodbye to the Lane - in all honesty, you could probably put the whole 16/17 season on here but that last game at the lane, the atmosphere, beating United, Poch crying. Just beautiful and a special moment for everyone.

Worst:

- Semi final woes - not going to put individual ones. We lost far too many semi finals over the last decade. Portsmouth was a stinger. Getting hammered by Chelsea was embarrassing. Losing to Utd and Chelsea in consecutive years hurt as we were better than Chelsea on the day and we are better than Utd in general.

- Champions League final - this has to be here. We would have had to have put in one hell of a performance to beat this Liverpool team and unfortunately we just werent good enough.

- St. Totteringham Day - the capitulation at the end of such a promising season in 15/16 was awful. Came across as Spurs not learning anything and only being where we were due to the poor performances of other teams. 5-1 was an embarrassment.

- Losing Dembele - Poch once said that without Dembele we don't exist. He probably said that as a joke, but let's be honest, he's right. Especially Spurs in this current incarnation. I'd love to know our win percentage since we sold Dembele.

- 2015 Cup Final - echo the sentiments of what was said earlier. Didn't even get close to them that day, despite us destroying them in the league a month prior.
