Not slating him in particular, but he ain't the answer.
Had really high hopes for Biss but I do not see him being the long term solution for our midfield, a squad player yes, but good enough to be our Rodri/Rice equivalent, then no chance. He is way too inconsistent, too many silly lapses of concentration, does not score goals and defensively he falls asleep way too often. We all were frustrated when Conte refused to play him, but you can see where he was coming from when he spoke about his defensive naivety.
He was good last week and (not quite as) good (but still good) the week before...... Thought he'd dragged himself out of his lull.

He loses the ball all the time he cant pick a simple pass gives silly fouls away constantly ,looks panicked and rushed when ever he has the ball just not good enough .
We only got him because he carried some baggage which reduced the price tag. We have a history of this kind of opportunistic grab from the 'damaged goods' bargain aisle. Serge Aurier is another that immediately springs to mind.

Can't defend him anymore. Was incredible to start the season. We have never seen the same player again. Doesn't dribble past the press, looks scared to play in tight spaces, gives the ball away, loses concentration defensively, makes rickets every game. Not mentally tough enough.
We need to upgrade him if we are serious about winning. Or we need to hope Bentancur finds himself again and can be our main #6 but I'm not sure that's his best position either.

Him and along with most of our players have lost that aggression they had early seasson, I can't help thinking it's a major factor influencing our performances. Yet the referees blow up at the slightest touch these days...
