That is exactly how Ange hasn't dealt with this.

He's done a textbook management practice; Which is to a) challenge the behaviour, whilst b) supporting the person.

There is no last chance, no last warning, no ultimatum at all. Just showing and demonstrating that he is there along with the club to understand why he did it and then allow him the opportunity to allow him to learn from his mistakes.

As i've said for a looong time now, DMC is the most important position to strengthen. Both on the field and off the field taken into the equation.

I feel we should just fine him for doing something illegal and let him play. He won't do it again and there is no need to harm our own team for Leicester on Monday.
