It's not ambitious but it's realistic.
Levy isn't going to employ a successful manager and give him the necessary funds to challenge for the title.
Dyche won't challenge Levy's authority and he'll do as he's told.
Sean Dyche? Have you been sniffing petrol to ease your Brexit pain. MVP MVP ?

You are ignoring the process of progression.
Jol wasn’t meant to make us regular top 4 but was sacked for not getting there anyway.

Harry overachieved and was sacked. To the delight of people on here cry wanking for Poch.

AVB set us back five years, and was rightly sacked.

Poch to us up a level, and came to the end of his limits. Time to go. He’s on 9M a year and has regressed.
Do you understand what regression means?

Do you think being good for a few years means we should allow him to be shit for a few years too?
How do you know he's come to the end of his limits and when did this happen? shit for a few years? we've qualified for top 4 four times and been in a CL final. At the moment we're 11th, we're not even halfway through the season yet, he's judged by results at the end of the season.

That's not my preference but that the's type of person that Levy would go for. Allegri, Mourinho isn't going to happen and if by some miracle it does, they'll be gone real quick.

Reality is though we qualified for the CL this year by the skin of our teeth due to Woolwich’s and Man United’s collapse at the end of the season. We have showed virtual relegation form for almost a calendar year. Let’s face it we were very fortunate to make the CL final and he couldn’t get the team properly motivated in the final itself against a Liverpool side that were there for the taking. Sunday’s selections and his stubborn refusal to change things were the final straw for many- everyone could see his errors except the man himself. Time to go

If he had got the points or a point he would have been lauded. But like I said he won't be sacked for his brand of football.
He wouldn't have been lauded by me. I am capable of separating the result from the performance.

He ought to be fired for his brand of football. He was hired to play attractive football. If you want the quotes from Big Dan, I will get them for you.

How do you Dier won’t turn world class at 28 like VVD did?
You don’t.
Should we build our midfield around him for the next three years then?
He was superb once.

So what? we still qualified I'd certainly like to qualify by the skin of our teeth this season. As for us being fortunate to reach the CL final, I've heard this a number of times, we are really doing all those involved a disservice. The final was shit but there are a number of great moments to be taken from that run. Every cup run has a bit of good fortune here and there Liverpool certainly had some.

He's not going to be though. Levy ought to be fired for winning one league cup in 18 years but I know that will never happen,

So again, the squad was good enough to beat the treble winners and Ajax, but the final was a bit shit because Poch didn’t have the squad upgraded that summer.....

You’ve done every single player in this squad a disservice by claiming Poch must be a miracle worker to get them into the top 4.

The final was shit for numerous reasons but no doubt it's better to have more upgraded choices in the squad than not.
Why is it a disservice? They are the ones out there on the pitch getting the results. I'm not forgetting the part they played. But you are doing them a disservice by saying Poch hasn't achieved nothing, thus the players have achieved nothing.

What does this have to do with Poch? Is he building the midfield around Dier.
I’m asking you for once to show consistency in your outlook.

We shouldn’t stick with Poch on the basis he was food once, anymore than we should have certain players as first choice.

Your view that Poch has only been poor for a few games is a lie.
Your ENTIRE stance is based around a lost cup final.

We beat the treble winners over two legs with our back up.

Your theory has been trashed, because you are now admitting (but trying not to say the words) that Poch cost us the CL final.

I don't know what that means.

  1. Your statement is a lie.
  2. No it's not.
