I don't see any issue with making the serious allegation even if you don't have 'the facts'. What if a player was genuinely racially abused, but the stadium didn't have sophisticated audio technology to pick up the monkey noises? In this case should a player simply never make a claim?
I think if he did think he hear it, he was absolutely right to do what he did.

What makes me suspicious in this instance, and means I'm hesitant to assume he's telling the truth, is the fact he's made a claim before that wasn't backed up by evidence and the way he went down to Son's challenge shows he doesn't mind being deceitful for his own ends.

Sorry but if there was any racist chanting with all the technology available now there would have been concrete evidence provided

Are you sure of this? Surely it's very difficult for a stadium to pick up audio of a couple of fans doing monkey chanting?
This thread has turned into a lot of bickering, but are there any serious articles/reports which have done research into the sophistication and efficacy of this sort of technology at our stadium?

I wouldn't quite frame it like that either though, because you could trust 99.9% of our fans as non-racist, but Rudiger only alleged that 2 of our fans were racist.
I think almost 100% of ethnic minorities, when they make an allegation of direct racism, are being truthful. It's not the sort of thing people would make up. I'm only entertaining the idea that Rudiger may be in the tiny minority of people who make this sort of thing up because of the way he stitched up Son, and he may have been feeling sorry for himself that the crowd were booing him.

Well I don't know. As I said depends on how good our ability to detect it in the first place was.
 
Almost victim blaming going on in some of these posts. I believe he just misheard what was being chanted, but the idea that has an agenda to want to be racially abused is fucking nonsense.
