His surname is "da Silva" , not "Jose". Referring to him as Jose is like calling Jean Paul Gaultier "Paul", it's neither his first name or his surname.

Boils my fucking piss

A month would be reasonable but the guy is on record saying it takes two years, and we’ve seen the evidence.
Players leaving without ever getting a shot at it despite favorites getting 90 minutes despite playing poorly.

Im so glad we are in a new era.

Feels like a proper rebuild is under way, after just three months. Two new in, three out, and two of those were unmotivated and bringing nothing to the team, yet were being treated like it was still 2016.
One is definitely in, the other is here for 18 months and will have to turn out to be some player for Levy to pay 40 million.

My buddy that works at the telegraph recons Piatek to Spurs is deffo off and the move to Berlin is all but done. The usual Spurs ITK's seem to think he's coming to us.

Let's see who's got the best info :)

Barca, United, Chelsea and Woolwich also sniffing around for quality striker options so it looks like deadline day could be a busy day at SSN HQ.
Jim Shite's spunk balloons will be overflowing.
Friend of the show_itis will be in overdrive

It’s odd because a lot of the Spanish press are reporting that we are now that we are no longer interested. (Mundo deportivo).
I was checking out the Barcelona-based sports press after reading this and came across a bizarre detail in Sport, which admittedly isn't the most reliable source.

They reckon that if Real Sociedad turn down an official offer for Willian José, they have to pay 30% of that offer to the Stellar Group who own 30% of the player's rights.

Never heard of that before

From wiki
"Willian José da Silva (born 23 November 1991), better known as Willian José, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Spanish club Real Sociedad."

I still don't know what, other than Son, to call Son.
Is it Hueng Min Son, Son Hueng Min Min Hueng Son.

Bruno Fernandes had something similar in his deal with Sporting I believe. Any offer over I think it was 30 mil that Sporting turned down equaled a bonus to him of around 5 mil.

Bill Madrid Bill Madrid
With the Spanish release clause rules, does the amount decrease over the length of a contract or is it the same regardless if a player has 1 or 5 years remaining on their deal?

Yeah he will be the benchmark, if he doesn't look close to being that kind of quality he wont pay the fee.
No pressure, Gedson.
I don’t think anyone said “you have to be Lo Celso”.
He just has to be better than Dele, Winks, Eriksen and also Moura and Son when they aren’t firing.

Our attack is garbage and our central midfield worse.
If he improves us and proves to be a motivated and important player, we will buy him.

Like Lo Celso.
