Doesn't fill me with confidence that he is seemingly second choice to Piatek, and even he looked iffy enough to warrant us refusing to buy him outright.

One is definitely in, the other is here for 18 months and will have to turn out to be some player for Levy to pay 40 million.A month would be reasonable but the guy is on record saying it takes two years, and we’ve seen the evidence.
Players leaving without ever getting a shot at it despite favorites getting 90 minutes despite playing poorly.
Im so glad we are in a new era.
Feels like a proper rebuild is under way, after just three months. Two new in, three out, and two of those were unmotivated and bringing nothing to the team, yet were being treated like it was still 2016.
Jim Shite's spunk balloons will be overflowing. My buddy that works at the telegraph recons Piatek to Spurs is deffo off and the move to Berlin is all but done. The usual Spurs ITK's seem to think he's coming to us.
Let's see who's got the best info
Barca, United, Chelsea and Woolwich also sniffing around for quality striker options so it looks like deadline day could be a busy day at SSN HQ.
I was checking out the Barcelona-based sports press after reading this and came across a bizarre detail in Sport, which admittedly isn't the most reliable source. It’s odd because a lot of the Spanish press are reporting that we are now that we are no longer interested. (Mundo deportivo).
Like Lo Celso perhaps? One is definitely in, the other is here for 18 months and will have to turn out to be some player for Levy to pay 40 million.
His surname is "da Silva" , not "Jose". Referring to him as Jose is like calling Jean Paul Gaultier "Paul", it's neither his first name or his surname.
Boils my fucking piss

They reckon that if Real Sociedad turn down an official offer for Willian José, they have to pay 30% of that offer to the Stellar Group who own 30% of the player's rights.
Never heard of that before

Yeah he will be the benchmark, if he doesn't look close to being that kind of quality he wont pay the fee.
Bruno Fernandes had something similar in his deal with Sporting I believe. Any offer over I think it was 30 mil that Sporting turned down equaled a bonus to him of around 5 mil.I was checking out the Barcelona-based sports press after reading this and came across a bizarre detail in Sport, which admittedly isn't the most reliable source.

I don’t think anyone said “you have to be Lo Celso”.Yeah he will be the benchmark, if he doesn't look close to being that kind of quality he wont pay the fee.
No pressure, Gedson.
The money actually has to be paid to Fondo de Inversión Maldonado which is a branch of Stellar apparently.
