I am a fan, just never heard of chicken and apple together. Here, traditionally apple goes with pork. I actually make a banging pan fried pork in apple sauce. And now im starving thinking about it.

We actually are renowned , the dutch not so much although they are catching up. We have a enormous food culture over here , everybody is obsessed with food. Restaurants galore and quite a few michelin star chefs.
