Manager Jose Mourinho

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Explain then what wrong coaching decisions were made to hold those guys back?

Instead of using garbage cliches like "he is a dinosaur" point out what he did as a manager that caused us issues.

Because there are plenty of players examples that can be brought up that have zero to do with coaching and this team had the same issues under Poch, who I doubt anyone would consider a dinosaur.
Winks and Sissoko.

Low block.

Ceding territory.

Not pressing (especially against a team devoid of confidence).

Playing Lamela wide (no pace to play there).

Playing 3 CM’s.

Developing zero attacking identity for our team.

Now reciprocally, you tell me what you think Jose did WELL in a game we got outplayed by fucking Bournemouth. What did you see that gave you encouragement in the management Einstein?

It’s coaching to have all 11 players have their average position in our own half for the first 45.

It’s the managers choice to pick Winks and Sissoko.

It’s the managers choice to set us up in a low block.

It’s a managers choice to neglect pressing against a team devoid of confidence.

The excuses for this bloke are fucking unreal. Like cult followers. If we had abused Bournemouth but lost because of a hatful of missed chances, you can credit Jose and blame the players. We were 2nd best against fucking Bournemouth, that’s on the manager.

The rhetoric has changed from pre-Covid when all he needed was “Kane and Son fit”. Unreal.

The reason players we in their own half in the 1st half was because the players were shit. That had nothing to do with the set up.

Winks and Sissoko suck, so do their replacements. They both had plenty of games under Poch, so its not like Jose came in benched the good players to bring in those two.

Lamela seemed to be doing a lot of pressing. Bergwijn as well.

Where are the excuses? Pointing out that this team has a ton of issues with a lack of talent is not excuses, it is not a cult. The only thing coming close to cult followers are the losers who just hate on Jose for everything because they didn't like him before he came here.

He has had enough time to impose something on to this shower of shite. I am now thinking he should go before the end of the season. I can't do a season of this football.
I thought I'd give him til next season to judge, but has had all the players back fit, and I've seen fuck all attacking improvement. Today and the previous two games we have barely mustered a chance. Persists with Winks and Sissoko who were doing fuck all. Takes off Lo Celso. Could've played Ndombele from the start in a game like today. I think he's gotta go now

Our players are worse than Bournemouth’s are they? Do me a favour. You asked for what Jose did wrong and I listed plenty of tactical analysis.

However, you cannot point to any tactical positives to Jose because there aren’t any, instead you are conveniently attacking the players, like a portion of Man U fans did when Jose chucked them under the bus. They’ve learnt how wrong they were, you will too.

LOL having to go to the personal attacks already, pretty clear how weak you argument is,

I never said Jose was great in this game, never even said he was good. I just said that it is the players that are the main problem not the manager.

The ceding territory was because our players kept giving the ball away with poor passes under no pressure. I guess you could try to argue Jose forced the players to do that but that seems like a stretch for even the biggest Jose hater.

Almost everything you listed is either on the players or made up.

Again take out Winks and Sissoko and we have weak players coming into replace them. That is a team/players issue not manager.

Not pressing, well they were so that is a weak argument.

The 3 CMs comes down to the fact that we do not have good enough players so whatever line-up we put out there is going to have problems, that is another player issue not manager issue.

We had attacking issues prior to Jose when Poch was here at the end of last year and the start of this year. We have 1 striker and 1 creative MF. That is the issue. We rely so much on Kane and GLC to create everything which is again a player issue.

Almost all your complaints are the same problems we had under Poch who is a completely different style of manager than Jose. When the players continue to have the same issues under two managers when do we start looking at them rather than blaming the manager?
