Moura had a clear run into their box with no defenders around him and just lost the ball. That isn't coaching.
Moura had the ball clean at his feet with Son open in a perfect spot at the top of the box and ignored him to drill a ball into the defender. That is not coaching.
Winks made roughly 250 passes backwards with another 450 passes sideways that is not coaching.
The criticism of our squad baffles me. This was Bournemouth not fucking Barcelona.
How can a squad with the likes of Kane, Son, Bergwijn, Moura, Lamela, GLC and Ndombele in, Not create a chance against a team with Adam Smith and some nonce called Rico in the back 4?!

He can't force Winks and Sissoko to make passes they can't make. He can't force Moura or Lamela to not put their heads down ignoring their teammates. And he can't bring in the zero quality players we have on the bench to change the game.
he get's paid 15 mill a year to sort it. it's not like all our players are bad and he doesnt play ndombele over winks or sissoko. he has favorites and it's showing

Because there are plenty of players examples that can be brought up that have zero to do with coaching and this team had the same issues under Poch, who I doubt anyone would consider a dinosaur.
There are good players at the club. We're like Leicester under Puel only more boring. Lets not fall for the spin he also gave at United that he has shit, disinterested players. We have weaknessess but its no way as bad as the performances. That is down to the manager.

If he is going to set up like this then you need a Michael Carrick where Winks is playing. Either that or you need a Modric or Dembele to fetch the ball from him.
Again I have zero issues moving on from him. I said that I think the best thing is to bring in a new, young-ish guy with a clear vision and plan to remake this team in the "summer."
However, replacing Jose only works if we make a massive overhaul of this squad. Replacing him and doing very little with the squad does nothing to improve this club.

On that showing losing faith that's the second time he's hauled Berg off and kept 2 others on who have been far worse and the decision to keep Sissoko and Winks on and take GLC off was something like back in the AVB days.
