Stick a camera into virtually any work environment in the world (with the possible exception of documentary/film making) and people will behave differently.
Some can start playing up to the camera, others might have sensitive egos that get bruised easily, the usual candour that happens behind closed doors might evaporate, and so on.

I totally agree. There's no way it's had a positive effect on the morale and chemistry of the team. Jose clearly doesn't like it (last two interviews he's mentioned them in a resigned-to-them-being-there tone).
Does anyone know when they started filming? Or when the decision was made to bring them in?
I'm wondering if Levy knew he was going to get rid of Poch before he signed the deal. I doubt it, but just wondering.
Yes, their hopes of smashing the championship teams following the relegation, the free-fall when they don't, greedy players not bothering, clueless managers and so on. Murphy's law in a football club.
The Amazon documentary was commissioned entirely due to Levy's ego. It was a terrible idea and all predicated on Levy's hubris and arrogance - this was also summed up in those stupid adverts on the London underground about the only place to watch CL football.
This is what Levy was thinking when he agreed to the documentary.
- I will look great, showing off the new stadium, which I singlehandedly built
- I will look great, having already won the CL, built the best side in Europe, things can only get better
- Oh and Amazon are gonna pay us some dosh
I for one really hope Amazon do one on Levy, but I have a feeling the editing will be used to portray Poch in negative terms. Levy will have the final say on the edit. If this happens, and Poch is hung out to dry to save Levy's fragile ego, then I for one will be the first one to sign-up for the ENIC OUT aeroplanes.
