I can kind of understand it for Chelsea, they got a great deal on Ziyech so can't blame them for going for that and Werner was a pretty good deal as well.
Havertz looks to be a kid that you go for no matter what your needs and he seems to have potentially fell into their laps with this weird transfer window.
But yes they should be going in for a new keeper and at least one defender right now. Their window will still be good because they added talent for good prices but if they could get say Onana and two CB's or 1 CB and Chillwell (which I think is reasonable to say with the costs) that could be an amazing transfer window for them.
