The only guaranteed option would be Ricardo Pereira.
Pereira would go for 40m+ at least. Leicester are fucking loaded and he was perhaps the best right back in the league bar Trent this year. Would be a great signing but unlikely imo, especially due to injury and Levy.

We'd do well to get a solid and well balanced rb who was average in attack but capable in defence. Rather go for someone who is non-retarded yet reliable at this stage to be honest...

Maybe Odriozola from Real, he looks out of favor. The Leipzig right backs were great against us too if they are available.

£3m for Hojbjerg, strengthening one of our weaknesses and getting rid of a player that seems not to have impressed both Poch and Mou is good bit of business.

Didn't Levy make some weird deal with Eriksen to Inter where we would get ticket sales for a friendly match? Not looking like such a smart Levy deal without fans in stadiums now. :levywtf:

Of all the players to leave first I would have preferred both Aurier and Sissoko to have gone before KWP.

For the record I like Sissoko and appreciate what he's done for us in the last few seasons, I just don't think he's right for us anymore moving forward.

Providing this is all confirmed, quite happy with Hojbjerg. Think he'll prove to be a good signing for us. Sad the way it went with KWP.

Are people not at all keen on Aarons as an option at RB?

I'm wary of his flaws, especially in the air, but I think people are underrating him as a player and prospect. He's an extremely good ball carrier and would offer us a really exciting dimension in attack. He can be a good defender 1v1 and doesn't turn 21 until next year.

But we can't buy. In fact, if the concer with Aurier is the defense, I would simply play Tanganga there.
I'm not saying we have the money to buy Pereira. I'm saying that, apart from him, there are no guaranteed options.

But in relation to Aurier:

Is he good enough to be our first team RB? Not in my opinion. Is he good enough to be in the squad? Perhaps not in a ideal scenario, but basically yes.

Do we want to sell him? If yes, for how much?

Personally, I don't think selling Aurier - and buying two RB's instead of one - it's a priority for Mourinho. Aurier played 42 matches this season - second only to Lucas Moura. He was the only option for his role, which explains most of it. But at the same time, I don't think Jose would use him that much if he was crazy to get rid of him - he could have Tanganga, as you said, doing a more defensive job.

Having said that, it's all about opportunities. If AC Milan offers good money and we have a plan to make the most of it getting better players, it could work.

Let's hope for the best.

Aaron's isn't great when I have seen him.
