I think all clubs need to be realistic with their pricing of players during the current crisis.
This financial situation which is affecting everyone might make it more of a level playing field.

If we are bringing in a foreign player I would hope it would be for someone a lot better than Sanson. Might be an upgrade on Sissoko but that is about it. I guess maybe if you sold Sissoko as well as bringing him in it would be an upgrade but surely we can do better.

Yeah, have to say I'd be a bit underwhelmed by Sanson. He's a decent jack of all type, can do most things competently, decent technically, quite tenacious, Ok engine, and pops up in the box well too, and as you say, upgrade on Sissoko obviously, but we can and should do better.

I think that wouldn't be a bad move for them at all. I don't dislike the guy, as I said, he's got a decent all round skill set, if you offered me him or Sissoko it would be a no brainer, I just think there's better options out there for us.

So not only they want us to take care of stupid wage they gave him, but also asking for loan fee? In another word, they are asking for some partial refund, and service the warranty to make him good?

Obviously, Inter didn't learn their lesson when dealing with one Daniel Levy the first time. He'll have them paying us a second time and thanking us for the opportunity.

If its Eriksen in and Alli out it would mean leaving 2 foreign trained players out of our Europa squad, that is on top of leaving Gazzamiga and Gedson out of it. Thats a crap situation to be in as no one else stands out to be binned. It should probably be players who are likely to move on in the summer (Lamela, Sanchez, Sissoko, Moura?) but no doubt Rodon will be 1 which sends out a dreadful message.

Gold:

Wigan's highly-rated 19-year-old Scottish striker Kyle Joseph is a player football.london understands Spurs have been keeping a close eye on.

The teenager's current contract ends this summer and if he does move on, Wigan would be entitled to compensation.

There is plenty of interest in Joseph, who has scored five goals in 12 League One appearances in his first season of senior football, with Sheffield United, Celtic and Rangers all believed to be interested in the young striker.

We're looking at both Ings and Sabitzer in the summer apparently.

Both will have a year on their contracts.
If we get Ings we have to guarantee him minutes somehow. With the form he has been in since going to Southampton I don't think he'll want to go back to being a bench warmer.

But that is Jose's headache to solve and I do like Ings so I would be all for it.
