He's completely gone. I think he wanted to do well this season, put in the effort pre season but there is nothing there anymore. Can see him ending up in the championship in 2 or 3 years, possibly via Newcastle.
He’s just shit, why aren’t people coming to sense? Attitude or not, he’s of average quality who happened to perform admirably over 2 seasons.

Maybe Southampton or Palace can get a tune out of him, but that's about it as far as the EPL goes imo.

A loan deal is probably the best way out. He'll be very hard to shift otherwise as Levy will want a sizeable fee and Dele won't take a drop in wages.

When all these new deals were dished out in 2017/2018 Poch's team was flying... All the discontents on here were shitting themselves about all the chequebook clubs buying our squad (and manger) cos "tight cunt Levy" paid shit wages.....
The flip-side is that we could have sold them all and fans would have rioted and said we screwed Poch.
Instead we put our chips on Poch, Dele Kane, Eriksen & co. delivering the goods.... They came close (CL final); but not close enough.
p.s. Winks isn't on "massive wages"...... By modern standards neither is Dele tbf..... It's just a lot of money considering the level he's declined to. When we gave him this deal he was breaking records as a young goal-scoring MF having been on far lower wages for the previous 3 seasons.

When he was at his best, he was one of my favourite players to watch. Some amazing goals and pieces of skill and quality.

In a team of good players he was good.
The team isn't so good anymore so it is expected that he does more. Half the time he plays I can't even tell what position he is. But it was clear that when he got the ball the Mura players swarmed in knowing they could force a turnover.
I don't think he sees himself as a footballer. He's a brand. I doubt he has any interest in football ahead of clothing and fashion and the myriad other things he fills his time with.
Sad but it happens, he's not the first young player to lose their way.
