3-5-2 pack the midfield then bring on either Berg or Lucas late in then game when the game gets stretched. 3-4-3 playing Kane, Lucas and Berg and we are in danger of being overrun in midfield.
This is the way

We can't go toe to toe with them from the off - we can be hard and defend well with robust challenges in a 352, frustrate them for 60 minutes - and then, if we're still in it, bring on either Lucas/Bergwijn, whoever didn't start and then maybe Los Celso for one of the 3 and have a go the last 25 minutes or so.

Let's see if Conte has learnt anything from the last 2 awful performances we've put up against them.

Think 3-5-2 with Reguilon, Hojbjerg, Winks, Skipp and Doherty across the middle gives us the best chance today ( a comment that could age terribly, imagine typing that out in August).

Doherty played well on Wednesday and deserves his start. I would not be against starting Emerson and bringing Doherty on for the last 30mins. Hopefully Dier comes back in for Tanganga. Bergwijn probably more suited to pairing Kane in a two, Lucas for a midfielder as your berserker in the second half, depending on game state.

We were pathetic against them over two legs, just really spineless over the first 120 minutes of that cup tie. Hopefully Leicester has given the lads a boost, because on top of the result they really did put in a good performance. And that Chelsea team is there to be got at if you bring the right energy and discipline.

But on the positive side:

- They're missing some key players
- They haven't played well for weeks now,
- Tuchel clearly has no idea what his best 11 is currently
- Boggy teams just make things that little bit more sweet if and when you beat them.

As long as we go out there believing we can get something from the game, and not just hoping, and don't sit back, we'll give ourselves a chance.
That was the Anne on the 2 S/F legs, no?
We just need to turn up with a different attitude than in those two games. 2nd half 2nd leg was better and Leicester for the most part apart from our calamity defending. Sort that out and we have a chance. However key is to be positive press to win the ball back which we never did the the 2 legs. Glenn was saying it so many times we just let them play with out any pressure.

Amazing I find with chelsea fans when they say ive been supporting them since the 60s and 70s. Yet were getting 16 or 17 thousand attendances back then. Just bollox and plastic shit club.

Knew a guy at school who was a United fan then switched to Chelsea, haven’t seen him in decades but wouldn’t be surprised if he was one of those.

Football London with three options for today's team.

Doc in, Dier returns...
Lloris; Sanchez, Dier, Davies; Doherty, Skipp, Winks, Hojbjerg, Reguilon; Bergwijn, Kane

or

Three in attack...
Lloris; Sanchez, Dier, Davies; Doherty, Winks, Hojbjerg, Reguilon; Bergwijn, Kane, Moura

or

Moura out...
Lloris; Sanchez, Dier, Davies; Emerson, Skipp, Winks, Hojbjerg, Reguilon; Bergwijn, Kane

I’m getting a draw vibe today. Suits us and the Chavs.
A win would be dreamland, not losing is important , & turning up is an absolute minimum.
Please no flaccid dick performance.
