Milenkovic Savic is quality. We're buying players who can't cut it in Serie A.
Their asset has gone up hugely in value; and while they rip off fans with high ticket prices they can't be bothered to put any money into the football club.

Totally agree. Personally i'd rather no signings than players that are just padding out the squad and who we'll likely be trying to shift in 18 months. If said player doesnt go straight into our fairly ordinary side then forget it.

Tell you what, if we're to sign either Kulu or Betancur, may as well be Kulu.
Betancur is simply awful. I watch a lot of Serie A and South American footy, and he's never ever impressed me. He's a real boring player. He's slow, sluggish, wasteful, can't pass, can't score. He can just about intercept a few wayward passes from the oppo when he gets lucky and put a few tackles in when he just happens to be near enough to an attacking player. But that's it. He's absolutely flopped at Juve and as far as Uruguay is concerned, fans see him as one of the main reasons the national team is now struggling post the golden era of Suarez, Cavani & co. He's meant to be the leader of the new generation but fans think he's weak as fuck. In a nutshell, a total C-lister and no way is he better than Hoj, Winksy or Skippy. PEH & Skippy have more energy in one toe than Betancur has in his whole body, they're far better at the defensive stuff. And Winksy can play passes now that Betancur still won't see in 5 years' time.
Obviously a miracle is always possible and he could turn into the new Mousa D when he dons the Spurs shirt...but that's a fucking long shot. Something he's not even good at

ok here is my take(hot or not) on the midfield merry-go-round. I have watched a fair bit of Zakaria, less of Bentancur and a fair bit of Luis. I genuinely think Luis is the best of the three. For a short time I felt the more dynamic Zakaria would be very special but he is not that technically great. He is a little bit well.... Sissoko.
I think Luis would seamlessly help our midfield. Whilst still leaving or main issues broken, lack of attacking wingback and a goalscorer short in attack.
