Transfers January 2022 - Transfer Window

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I hope we’re in for at least one surprise incoming, personally I’m not sure we’re better today than we were last week.

They would not make Cheslki nor Yanited team or bench. If we have to compare ourselves to Woolwich, not good. My comment is out there, yes, but not exaggerated. With those players gone, who comes off the bench to change a game?.

Like I say, January transfer window is a joke window in general, always hard to make headway, but dont get rid of natural talent.

Ndombele, Lo Celso & Dele couldn't make a dent against Mura & Morcombe and you're chatting about "natural talent" coming on to change the game?

Be honest now, how many share my experience of having told more than one (non-spurs) mate, that we signed our Messiah in Ndombele....and are now waiting to have the piss taken :deledoubt:

Obviously, we as Spurs fans have known for a while that it was a gigantic bust, but the loan out confirms it to the world, and there's a few people, I'm gonna avoid seeing for a week or two :levywtf:

I don’t know, it’s been pretty obvious for almost a year that N Dombele wasn’t going to do anything at Spurs this is been acknowledged by other fans as well for quite some time.

No, I know. They were ass.

This would all make so much more sense if we had a RWB too. Then again, maybe Conte thinks that Doherty can do a job for a few months.

If we play 3/4/3 though, that’s still a really workmanlike midfield.

I don't think we're desperate for a RWB. Royal can Defend. Doherty can attack. We just need to use them wisely for now. We were getting horribly over run in midfield against Chelsea though and often look blunt, so midfield tackling and a forward player who actually scores and assists is useful.

I hope we’re in for at least one surprise incoming, personally I’m not sure we’re better today than we were last week.

No chance. We're done now.

It's such a load of shit. These players have offered us nothing but a negative influence for ages now. They come on in games and offer nothing, they start games and you barely know they're there. They needed to be moved on because it's been obvious for so long they aren't working out at Spurs, and now the club is doing the right thing by finally being a bit ruthless.

It may hurt in the short term due to lack of bodies, but it was needed.
