Fine with that lot being loaned or strangled, Gill is the only one with potential. Never seen Sarr play but I’m 100% sure he’s never going to make it

Was debating this earlier in the thread; but the advantage of SMS is not only a world class addition in the prime of his career, but extra versatility in terms of formation.
I don't agree with this; I think we could have a midfield of SMS Bissouma Bentancur in a 3-5-2.

Who is the best forward option who can cover CF/ LW?
A few years ago I spent a bit of time in Wolfsburg with work, and managed to see a fair few of their games when Perisic was there.
I know people know all about him already but... my god he was fucking outstanding. This was back when Wolfsburg were a really good team (they had De Bruyne and Olic), and even then he still massively stood out. Every game I saw with him he totally dominated.
If he's still even a fraction as good as he was back then, fuck... what a signing.
