And Woolwich have had their stadium for 16 years, with revenues to pay down their debt but haven't ! And other debt is for large transfer fees they haven't paid yet
Spurs debt is in the form of bonds which do not need repayment for an average of 23 years and solely to pay for stadium.
That debt needs to be broken down into long term infrastructure debt and short term player debt.
