Yes and we spent £50m on Romero. We have an elite manager in Conte, a war chest and a desire to back him. Strikers cost more, if Conte wants Richarlison and is happy for £60m of our budget to go to it why the issue.
conte is also famous for "panic signigns" in his career: morata, zappacosta, drinkwater, batschuay, vidal, sanchez, bakayoko, valentino lazaro

he is an excellent coach, one of the top 3 in the world imo, but he is not good DOF

Thought he fell out with Chelsea because they bought players he didn’t want, some of those you listed being them?

This is where lines get blurred.
Neither you nor I know whether any or all of these were Conte's choices, or what he got lumped with.

Well what are we going to say to him, even though you took us from midtable to champions league qualification you can't have Richardlson because of mistakes you made in the past. That wouldn't go down to well. Richardlson is the one he wants, yep he's expensive but we can afford it and if he makes us better then it's definitely worth it.

I can't look at a wicker chair and NOT think about that.
Hahaha, me too!

A couple of weeks ago, I was having a drink with the wife on a fairly posh terraza in the city.

All the chairs and tables were in this style, I came this close to saying to the wife "Oooh, this reminds me of the Emmanuelle films!" before pulling out at the last minute.

I think we only get him if we think Bremer or Dier can play as a LCB, as that is where we have least cb cover with Davies our only LCB.

Just as likely the talks are to persuade Inter that if they don't sell us Bastoni we'll take Bremer who they see as cheaper but still very able to cover either Skriniar or Bastoni loss - and their goal is to bank money after selling their players and buying cheaper replacements.

'pulling out' and in public ! Think you have been watching too many Emmanuelle films !

Can't really see how he's any different to Sessegnon in that regard. The fact that the only reason to stick with Sess is our dire need for homegrown players says it all about how that is a shackle on clubs.
Sessegnon has more potential and has been better when played this season

Not a huge fan of Sess but definitely worth keeping over Reguilon
