Yeah it really shouldn't be that hard to identify talent (as Paratici is proving).
Gil being the only real (likely) miss so far.
Emerson can be a solid RB for plenty of teams but never a RWB so that's not really Paratici's issue.

yea its crazy when you look at the gio and ndombele transfers really, it looks like weve learned our lesson from them tho and thats the main thing. these players now are coming in as physically imposing units who are made for this league. the size, power and aggression that kulu,romero and bentancur added to our first 11 was much needed. stopped us being little soft pushovers.
still think gil will be a player, you cant teach the gifts he has. he probably does need to improve his power to be in the prem though. think he needs to come more central hes like a david silva type player with a bit more pace, wasted out wide when youre that good.
